The carbon dioxide liquid pump is the main component of the liquid carbon dioxide filling system.
Its purpose is to pressurize the liquid carbon dioxide in the tank and fill it into the cylinder.

The pump head can be independently removed and reinstalled after maintenance.

The flow-through design allows the pump to start again without depressurizing.

The main structure:
The pump is mainly composed of a motor, a pulley, a transmission box and a pump head,
which are assembled on a common base.
The function of the transmission box is to change the rotating motion of the motor
into reciprocating motion and reduce the speed,
and transfer the output power of the motor to the compression end of the pump head.
The motor completes the power through the belt pulley,
drive shaft, eccentric wheel, connecting rod and crosshead. Conversion and speed reduction.
The shaft, eccentric wheel and bearing structure of the transmission system are splashed with oil,
which greatly extends the life of the power system. The lubricating oil in
the transmission box uses N46# mechanical oil, which has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
When the ambient temperature is lower than -10℃, the user should replace the appropriate
low-freezing point lubricating oil. The lubricating oil is usually replaced every six months.
Just once. It is advisable to add the oil surface to half the height of the oil mirror.
The pump head consists of a cylinder, a cylinder block, a piston assembly,
a sealer and a drain valve. The parts are made of low-temperature materials.
This pump uses low temperature materials with good wear resistance as the piston ring,
so its working life is long. The sealer is composed of seals with multiple sealing properties,
which ensure that the pump can operate reliably and trouble-free under normal working pressure.
